Yoga is not just an exercise its a way to prevent your self from getting ill.
To accept yourself and others around you and know they are doing the best they can with the knowledge they have,
Do everything with full concentration and from the heart.

1. Look after yourself(if you don't look after yourself you won't be able to look after others)
2. Family and Friends
3. Work
4.Charity(if you have 2 you should give one away)
