My name is Kelly Johnson and I am 30 years old, I travelled to India where I learnt yoga from The Yoga Institute Santacruz Mumbai is the oldest organised Yoga center in the World which specializes in Hatha Yoga.
I was trained in Yoga by some of the best Yoga teachers in India. My teacher training course consisted of 8 hour days from seminars on the mind and nutrition along with studying the Poses.
I have been teaching and learning Hath a Yoga since 2009, and fell in love with it instantly as i noticed a big difference in my way of thinking and how much more energy I had in general.
I am based in Poulton-Le-Fylde where I am teaching Yoga home sessions and one to one studio sessions from beginners to intermediate. My one to one sessions are tailor made for your individual needs and concentrate on getting more results rather than being in a busy class and not getting the attention you need.
One question often asked by people who have never done Yoga before is "What if I am not flexible enough ?" but yoga is not about flexibility that is the journey, as a flexible body signifies a healthy body and its not just about being fit but prevention of illness.
